Cardio
This is one of our warmups for the self-defense class…just after a total body stretch and before practising the moves. I think it can be considered a workout by itself.
1 minute run to warm up.
Circuit 1: 10 crunches + 10 push ups followed by a 30 seconds run. Repeat 6 times.
Circuit 2: 1 burpee followed by a 30 seconds run. Repeat 10 times.
