Plateau?
Hey everybody! So, today was weigh in day. Last week I gained 0.1 Kgs (0.2 pounds) and I thought it was not a bog deal, just bloating and that it will be gone with something more this week. Daily run!
8 days ago I went running in the same route as today. I run for 3.91 kms (around 2.4 miles). Today I did 4.62 kms! (2.87 miles) and in 0.97 kms (0.6 miles) I went up 30 metres (66 feet), which is a 3.1% incline. I’m really proud of myself right now, I can’t help it. I feel that goal of 5k in under 30 minutes coming closer and closer. :)

I don't get people's fascination with 100 pounds....
But weighing 100 pounds? I mean, unless you are smaller than 5 feet tall…It’s something that blows my mind to pieces. Why is it considered the perfect number? Maybe I don’t get it because we measure things with the metrical system, so maybe 45 kilos doesn’t sound as good and round as 100 pounds, but I don’t understand it.
