You’ll probably recognise some of them from my bucket list, but I’m adding some more:

  1. Be able to do a split.
  2. Climb a rope.
  3. Achieve a fast, proper and efficient crawl.
  4. Do 10 fist push-ups (not the modified version).
  5. Being able to do a bridge pose again.
  6. Do a handstand.
  7. Finish a triathlon.
  8. Run 1 mile in under 9 minutes.
  9. Run 5K in 30 minutes or less.
  10. Run 10K in 30 minutes or less.
  11. Be able to hold a full plank for 2 minutes.
  12. Run 1 mile in under 7 minutes.
  13. Run 4 miles in 30 minutes or less.
  14. Run 5 miles in 30 minutes or less.
  15. Run 6 miles in 30 minutes or less.
  16. Running for 1 hour without stopping.
  17. Swimming for 30 minutes without stopping.
  18. Cycling for 30 minutes without stopping.
  19. Swimming for 1 hour without stopping.
  20. Cycling for 1 hour without stopping.
  21. Complete Hal Higdon training for a Triathlon.
  22. Complete Hal Higdon Summer Cross Country Program.
