Fitness goals
You’ll probably recognise some of them from my bucket list, but I’m adding some more:
- Be able to do a split.
- Climb a rope.
- Achieve a fast, proper and efficient crawl.
- Do 10 fist push-ups (not the modified version).
- Being able to do a bridge pose again.
- Do a handstand.
- Finish a triathlon.
- Run 1 mile in under 9 minutes.
- Run 5K in 30 minutes or less.
- Run 10K in 30 minutes or less.
- Be able to hold a full plank for 2 minutes.
- Run 1 mile in under 7 minutes.
- Run 4 miles in 30 minutes or less.
- Run 5 miles in 30 minutes or less.
- Run 6 miles in 30 minutes or less.
- Running for 1 hour without stopping.
- Swimming for 30 minutes without stopping.
- Cycling for 30 minutes without stopping.
- Swimming for 1 hour without stopping.
- Cycling for 1 hour without stopping.
- Complete Hal Higdon training for a Triathlon.
- Complete Hal Higdon Summer Cross Country Program.
