I have been thinking a lot about my goal weight and rewards, because I really want to do something.
So, I measured my wrist and I, apparently, I have a small frame. I was really surprised about this I always thought I’ll at least have a medium frame. This means that I should weight between 120 pounds (54 kilos) and 133 pounds (60 kilos).
Two years ago I reached the 133 mark and stayed there for some time, but it included the weight I lost in both muscle and bone mass…so I think that setting my goal weight in 120 pounds it’s pretty unachievable, I’m going to say that my UGW is 133 pounds, but that might change. I mean, if I know that I am doing the right things and do not reach that number maybe it’s not the weight I’m supposed to be…plus, muscle weights more than fat =)
Having said that I’m set the intermediate GW:
GW1. 152-154 pounds. That will mean going back to the 6s instead of the 7s in kilos, which I think it’s a milestone.
GW2. 147 pounds (67 kilos).
GW3. 143 pounds (65 kilos).
GW4. 138 pounds (63 kilos).
GW5. 135 pounds (61.5 kilos).
UGW. 133 pounds (60 kilos).
About the rewards: I’m goin to put 1€ in a box everytime I workout at home (I’m not counting the self-defense days because I don’t have to make a effort to show up…I know that if I don’t they will kick my ass the next day which it’s pretty motivational). When I reach one of the GW I’ll take out that money and buy something, maybe fitness related, maybe not.
I’m not sure yet which is going to be my UGW purchase…I’d love a bikini, but I have way to many…but they are so pretty I wouldn’t mind a new one…Maybe I’ll get one of those Nike cute shorts…I wonder if my mom would let me step out of the use dressed like that. hahaha
As for fitness goals I want to be able to touch my feet! =)
