If you don’t run, you will never understand a runner. Because we do weird things.

I had a terrible day, so my long post planned for today it’s not going to happen.

Maybe I take thigs way seriously than I should, but that’s just the way I am. No doubt I have Latin  blood, I’m too emotional for my own good.

Everything together

Hi everyone!

First, things first. To all my followers who are struggling through self-harm or self-harm recovery please keep strong and keep fighting. Life will definitely be worth it in the end. I really wanted to do the wrist thing but I have had no time T_T

Secondly, I’m studying for an oral exam that I have nex Monday. I’m freaking out because it’s my first oral exam in my whole life and I need to wear formal clothes and I have no idea of what to wear and on top of that I don’t know the subject to the heart (is this the way to say it?) and I know I’m going to get really nervous.

This month since I came back from Kazan has been less than perfect, with a lot of stuff going on that some people (you know who you are :D ) have helped me come to terms with.

This has allowed me to smash it yesterday and today with my studies and I plan on doing that for the rest of the week until the exam to see if that way I get the intership placement to do shifts in the ER (more free work).

When it comes to exercise during this week I’ll just go to my SD classes that start tomorrow and do the two hundred squat challenge.

Next week I’ll be able to organise myself (I’m using Monday’s afternoon to organize my study time, workout shcedule and closet), but basically if working out interferes with my studies, I’ll prioritaze running. And I think I’ll split my pilates so I’ll do 5-minute workouts using my rest from studying.

That’s all for now.

Initial test

I have just done 150 squats.

Is 200 too little? Because it seems like a lot everytime I think about it, but apparently, it’s not.

That means I will start the 200 squat challenge on week 6 column 3 because I really want to do the 200 squats. That would hold me for the week and then I’ll go back to my usual schedule.

This means: Wednesday day 1, Firday day 2 and Sunday day 3 with the final next next Monday.

200

Expect a long post for me today

I hope I can put together some time to write it, because if I wait until I actually have time that would be never.
