Exams are over and I’m back in class. This is the second day. The only thing that I can assure for this semester it’s that is going to be crazy.

Due to that I have decided to prioritize: I’m going to run 4 days a week (I’m restarting my plan because I stopped running during exams), my two sessions of SD training a week and 1.5 hours of pilates a week. On top of that I will do some yoga everyday.

I hope that with this organisation I can study, have a social life, exercise and sleep 8 hours every night.

I will tell you how it goes.

I know I’m late but I have been sick and then I had an exam.

So this is what’s going on with the SMASHgames.

  1. Goals. I didn’t achieve my goals, only half of them. Why? Because I have been sick and that weakened me for a long time. The other day I was going up the stairs and I could barely catch my breath afterwards. But I will focuse in what I achieved: I DID 40 PUSH-UPS today!
  2. Vanity. I haven’t yet finished my exams and this is a period when  I bit my lips a lot and they get all dry and nasty. So I have been taking care of my lips :D

  3. Shameless selfie of the week. I hope this one counts. Because I could win a look-alike zombie contest without any makeup on.

On Tuesday I didn’t go to training because it was snowing and I wasn’t fond on taking the car because we are not used to snow here.

But today I went :D

AND WE USED THE HANBO FOR THE FIRST TIME. I’m not good at all, in fact I’m terrible but practice makes perfect.

What bugs me is that since my fall everytime I go to training my mum asks me when I come back if I have fallen again. DO NOT DO IT IT’S NOT FUNNY. She doesn’t seem to realise that it hurts and embarrass me everytime she says that.

SMASHgames IV

I have been thinking a lot what goals I could set that I would be able to handle while on finals, so I have come up with something. It’s too small for my liking, I’d have prefered this challenge to take place after finals so I could push myself even more and try to accomplish something big. But we have to take what we have so my plan is to be able to do:

  • 50 full push-ups (currently I’m able to do 30).
  • 350 sit-ups (200).
  • 150 squats (90).

I have until February 6th to reach my goals. Wish me luck :D
