This is what we did yesterday during self-defense class. By the way, I do girls push-ups. Do this as quickly as you can.
- 40 regular crunches.
- 20 oblique crunches in one side, then switch to the other one and do the same.

- 40 fist push-ups.

- 20 fingers push-ups.

- 10 3-fingers push-ups.
(with both hands, but this was the only image I could find).
For the following exercise lie down with your hands in the small of your back for support. Do not rest your feet on the floor between exercises (if possible):
- Raise your legs straight up and down, bringing them close to the floor but without touching it. 10 reps.

- Repeat the same motion, but instead of raising them to the central line of your body raise them to the sides, alternating between right and left. Sorry guys, I don’t know if it’s clear enough but I haven’t found any video or picture that explains this move. Another 10 reps.
- Back to move 1 on lower abs! But now while you lower your legs open them and bring them back together just as you reach the lower point (think a drawing a semicircle with each one of your toes). Another 10 reps.
- Reverse move 3: now you have to open your legs as you bring them up and put them together in the highest point. 10 reps.
- Lie face down and do 10 superman.

- Finishing exercise: back to position 1, lift your feet from the floor, keeping them as close to the floor as possible without touching it. Hold for 10 seconds. Whenever you touch the floor, start again.

Under a read more so that you don’t have to read it if you don’t want to (and because it might get really long and have colorful language). But what I’ll basically be saying is sending anonymous hate is stupid and you really need to think about how/why you’re sending it before you really fuck someone up. Oh, there’s that colorful language already!

Never compare yourself to others… this is a surefire way to wind up beating yourself up and quitting. Compare yourself to the person you were yesterday. Compete with your own self… always remind yourself of how far you have come… Do not always focus on how far you have to go. This is where many people become overwhelmed and give up.
NEVER give up. Healthy is a lifestyle… not a destination!
Simple answer:
- You are sick.
- You have to mentally prepare yourself to do anything because every little movement you perform reveals soreness in a muscle you didn’t know you had. If you only feel sore in one part of your body go and work a different part.
Today is my day off due to number 2. And I really wanted to workout but I know I wouldn’t perform since I can’t walk properly.hahaha

I eat 7 meals a day… I am rarely hungry and never skip meals or starve myself. YET… I am only 112 pounds and somewhere in the neighborhood of 15% body fat at the moment.
My trick? Clean eating and weight lifting! By cutting out all the processed junk (ok ok, I admit to having some “sugarfree” stuff that isn’t so “clean”.. and I also have a weekly cheat meal).. but for the most part, my diet consists of foods as close to nature as possible. Fish, vegetables, and nuts mainly. I also have grains like old-fashioned oatmeal and a piece of fruit like an apple on occasion. THIS WORKS FOR ME… it won’t necessarily work for EVERYONE because everyone’s bodies respond differently to different foods!!Find something that works for you…. that fits your lifestyle and that you can live with in the long-term!!! Not everyone can be this strict day in and day out and that is OK!!! We all have different goals. Like I said.. find something that works for YOU. You don’t have to starve yourself to lose weight!!!! Feed your body well and you will see results <3

Hello everyone.
I hope you had a great christmas and we can continue to work together to a fitter new year. As were heading towards 2012 I thought I’d run a give-away:

So if one of you can put these to good use I’ll be happy :D There 6 sports bras in various colours. They say 34B on the tag but I’m a 32C and they didn’t fit me. But as were all diffrent I would say these will probably fit between a 32/34 C/D.
(I did try on the blue bra once for 5 minutes hence the tag is missing but they are all brand new. Never been worn.)
